What they do here is incredible: 100% grass-fed beef, they always cut on wooden cutting boards, they’re trying to minimize plastic at every turn. They’re doing an incredible job here.

Are you 100% Gluten-Free?+
Yes! Nothing on our menu contains gluten, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination.
What kind of cooking oils do you use?+
We only use 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised organic beef tallow, organic virgin unrefined coconut oil, and organic extra virgin olive oil— cheap and highly refined vegetable or seed oils never sneak their way into our kitchen.
*Is everything 100% Certified USDA Organic?+
No. There can be brief shortages of organic ingredients, and we may be forced to use conventional ingredients during those periods. If that happens, we soak produce in baking-soda water for 15 minutes to remove potential pesticide residue. This has only occurred briefly with avocados, tomatillos, and corn; two of the three are on the Clean 15. Pineapple is the only produce for which we have not found a consistent organic source. Our beef is also not USDA Organic because our small regenerative farms have higher standards than the organic label and don’t want to pay for certification.

The Story of Talo Organic
Talo Organic began as a small pop-up, with a big vision to change the way we eat—and live. Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Graham and Nicole Honig, Talo was born out of their shared mission to bring the real, non-toxic, and healthy food they cooked for their family at home to the masses.
After years of searching for food that aligned with their values, they grew frustrated by food drenched in seed oils, cooked and served in plastic, and made with factory-farmed meat. So they decided to create something different. Something real.
Talo Organic is a vision brought to life—a place where quality ingredients and sustainability meet flavor. What started as a small pop-up is now a growing beacon for people who want to nourish themselves without compromising on taste or integrity.
