Seed oils stay out of our kitchen
We do not cook with cheap highly-refined canola, soybean, corn, or generic vegetable oils. We only use organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, and 100% grass-fed beef tallow instead.
The future of meal prep
This time eating healthy actually saves you time.

We're OCD so you don't have to be.

01
We do not cook with cheap highly-refined canola, soybean, corn, or generic vegetable oils. We only use organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, and 100% grass-fed beef tallow instead.

02
Most meal prep services deliver their meals in black plastic containers which are usually made from recycled plastic components such as old electronics. Our meals are delivered in reusable glass jars. Glass keeps the food experience cleaner and means you can microwave your meal safely without plastics leaching into your food.

03
We source 100% grass-fed beef from regenerative-minded farms instead of conventional feedlot beef. This means our cows spend their entire life on pasture eating grass instead of being confined on feed lots and being fed corn and soy.

04
We source organic produce over conventional produce to avoid synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. This not only means less toxins for you, but healthier land and soil. See FAQs for full organic statement.

05
We never cook your food on non-stick surfaces like Teflon or aluminum. We do this to prevent forever chemicals such as PFAs and aluminum which is a known neurotoxin from entering your food. It's more expensive for us but we're investing in a healthier America.

06
“Antibiotic-free” and “free range” are marketing gimmicks. We only source truly pasture-raised organic chicken because we want birds that are able to forage for bugs on lush pastures and aren't confined to barns.

07
Our kitchen only uses wooden cutting boards instead of plastic. They're triple the cost and the weight, and they require much more careful care and maintenance. Plastic cutting boards release millions of little plastic particles every time they're used -- plastics contain forever chemicals and can disrupt your endocrine system... not in our kitchen!

08
We even use reverse osmosis filtered water when cooking our organic rice. Some people think it's over the top, but tap water contains pesticides, forever chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other toxins that would otherwise be absorbed by the rice kernel as it cooks.
