    *during certain seasons organic tomatillos are nearly non-existent and we are forced to purchase conventional tomatillos. These are not a part of the "dirty dozen" and when we are forced to do this we soak them in baking soda water for 15min to remove any potential of pesticide residue that may have remained :)

    We use 100% Grass-Fed & Finished Pasture Raised Beef. Our cattle spend their entire lives on pasture, eating grass that is never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides, and they're not given any MRNA vaccines.

    While about half of our farmers are certified regenerative, all of them practice regererative farming techniques such as rotating the cattle daily.


    And in case it wasn't obvious, no antibiotics or hormones!

    Pasture-Raised Organic Chicken

    We use Regenerative Organic Certified chicken that is air-chilled which means they aren't washed in bleach like most conventional chicken.

    The birds have year-round access to pasture where they can forage freely on the grass land. not only is this chicken healthier than anything you can find in the typical grocery store, but it also regenerates the soil that they're raised on.

    We never use plastic cutting boards. All of our meals are packaged in glass jars. And we don't marinate or cook food in plastic.

    We also never cook in aluminum -- only glass, wood, & steel.
